In partnership with Seargin, we produced a cinematic 3D explainer introducing the Vibration Monitoring System (VMS) — a predictive maintenance solution designed to prevent machinery failures and production downtime. The animation follows a problem–solution–result narrative, showing how VMS sensors capture real-time vibration and temperature data to predict failures before they happen, integrating seamlessly with enterprise systems like SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft. Created using Houdini, Blender and After Effects, the video blends industrial realism with cinematic storytelling, making a complex technology simple and persuasive.
CASE STUDY
The Challenge Seargin’s sales team struggled to explain their Vibration Monitoring System (VMS) — a predictive maintenance technology designed to prevent equipment failure — to non-technical decision-makers. Their traditional sales materials failed to convey how the sensors worked or the real business impact of predictive maintenance, resulting in low engagement and limited conversions.

The visuals highlighted seamless integration with enterprise systems like SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft, using Houdini, Cinema 4D, and After Effects to blend industrial realism with dynamic motion.
Results & Benefits After deploying the VMS video across their outreach — with short versions for mailing campaigns and the full animation for client presentations — Seargin achieved a 60% increase in reply rates and a 32% improvement in demo conversions, transforming how they communicated the value of their predictive maintenance technology.
